The Payette Pirates softball team scored 12 runs and limited the host Moscow Bears to 0 in the Pirates non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Payette improves its record to 4-4 on the year. The Pirates travel to Emmett (Emmett, ID) to clash with the Huskies in a non-league game on Saturday, March 26. The Huskies come into the game with a record of 4-1. Emmett won 6-1 in their recent league game against Nampa (Nampa, ID)

In their next game, the Bears clash with the Lewiston Bengals (Lewiston, ID) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, April 5. Moscow will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record. The Bengals come into the game with a 2-1 record after their 13-2 non-league loss to Owyhee (Meridian, ID).
