In Tuesday's non-league game, the host Apollo Hawks baseball team scored a nice 15-4 triumph over the Grant Union Prospectors.
Coming up next, the Hawks play the Blanchet Catholic Cavaliers (Salem, OR) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, March 26. Apollo will attempt to move on its 14-5 season record. The Cavaliers enter the battle with a 5-1 record after their 10-5 non-league loss to Centaurus (Lafayette, CO).
The Prospectors now possess a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Umpqua Valley Christian for a non-league battle on Wednesday, March 27. Grant Union will play a Monarchs squad coming off a 10-4 non-league loss to Prospect Ridge Academy (Broomfield, CO). The Monarchs record now stands at 1-4.
