California High School Baseball - Taft loses to McClatchy

The McClatchy Lions crushed the visiting Taft Toreadors baseball team by a count of 12-2 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Lions now possess a 8-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Vista for a non-league bout on Wednesday, March 27. McClatchy will face a Panthers team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to El Camino (Oceanside, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 2-9.

Next, the Toreadors face the El Camino Wildcats (Oceanside, CA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, March 27. Taft will attempt to move on its 5-9 season record. The Wildcats enter the bout with a 7-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Vista (Vista, CA).
