The Cherry Creek Bruins held off the host Mountain Vista Golden Eagles volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Bruins now have a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Overland for a test on Tuesday, April 2. Cherry Creek will confront a Trailblazers team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Cherokee Trail (Aurora, CO). The Trailblazers record now stands at 6-4.

The Golden Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Legend (Parker, CO). The Titans enter the test with a 9-3 record.
