Evergreen Park Mustangs (Evergreen Park, IL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Bloom Blazing Trojan (Chicago Heights, IL), 16-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Mustangs now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lemont for a South Suburban - Blue challenge on Wednesday, March 27.

With the loss, Bloom falls to 2-2 on the campaign. The Blazing trojan host Manteno (Manteno, IL) to face the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 28. The Panthers enter the challenge with a record of 9-0.
