The East Peoria Raiders softball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Normal Community Ironmen to 5 in the Raiders non-league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, East Peoria improves its record to 3-0 on the year. The Raiders host Illini Bluffs (Glasford, IL) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league game on Wednesday, March 27. The Tigers come into the game with a record of 1-0. Illini Bluffs won 12-2 in their recent non-league game against Illinois Valley Central (Chillicothe, IL)

In their next game, the Ironmen clash with the Rochester Rockets (Rochester, IL) in a non-league game, on Friday, April 5. Normal Community will attempt to improve on its 2-6 season record.
