The Stuttgart Ricebirds softball team (Stuttgart, AR), 6-4 in Tuesday's non-league test with the visiting Magnet Cove Panthers (Malvern, AR)

Coming up next, the Panthers encounter the Murfreesboro Rattlers (Murfreesboro, AR) in a non-league test, on Thursday, March 28. Magnet Cove will attempt to improve on its 9-3 season record. The Rattlers enter the test with a 3-3 record after their 11-1 non-league win over Kirby (Kirby, AR).

The Ricebirds (3-7) will now prepare for their test against Star City (Star City, AR). The Bulldogs enter the 4A Region 8 test with a 5-5 record. In their last bout, Star City held off Watson Chapel (Pine Bluff, AR), 17-0, in a league bout.
