St. Martin's Episcopal Saints (Metairie, LA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Varnado Wildcats (Angie, LA), 15-0 in a league challenge.

The Saints now own a 6-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to McGehee for a 1A District 10 challenge on Thursday, March 28. St. Martin's Episcopal will face a Hawks squad coming off a 18-0 league win over West St. John (Edgard, LA). The Hawks record now stands at 9-4.

With the loss, Varnado falls to 2-6 on the campaign. The Wildcats host St. Katharine Drexel (New Orleans, LA) to face the Yellowjackets in a 1A District 10 challenge on Wednesday, March 27. The Yellowjackets enter the challenge with a record of 2-7. St. Katharine Drexel lost 27-3 in their recent non-league challenge against St. Mary's Academy (New Orleans, LA)
