In Wednesday's non-league game, the visiting Trion Bulldogs baseball team scored a close 6-3 victory over the Armuchee Indians.
The Bulldogs (12-4) will now prepare for their game against Bowdon (Bowdon, GA). The Red Devils enter the A D2 Region 7 game with a 14-7 record. In their last game, Bowdon held off Trion (Trion, GA), 7-5, in a league game.
Next, the Indians face the Gordon Central Warriors (Calhoun, GA) in a A D1 Region 7 game, on Thursday, March 27. Armuchee will attempt to improve on its 7-11 season record. The Warriors enter the game with a 1-13 record after their 10-0 league loss to Armuchee (Rome, GA).
