In Wednesday's non-league game, the visiting Brusly Panthers baseball team scored a nice 10-0 victory over the Port Allen Pelicans.
The Panthers (23-3) will now prepare for their game against St. Michael (Baton Rouge, LA). The Warriors enter the 4A District 6 game with a 7-12 record. In their last game, St. Michael was overwhelmed by French Settlement (French Settlement, LA), 9-8, in a non-league bout.
The Pelicans (15-5) will now prepare for their bout against University Lab (Baton Rouge, LA). The Cubs enter the 3A District 6 bout with a 16-7 record. In their last bout, University Lab overcame Port Allen (Port Allen, LA), 10-7, in a league bout.
