The IMG Academy Ascenders (Bradenton, FL) baseball trounced the visiting St. John's Cadets (Washington, DC), 14-1 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
The Ascenders now own a 16-1 record. They take the field next when they host Doral Academy for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 27. IMG Academy will clash with a Firebirds team coming off a 6-2 non-league win over T.C. Roberson (Asheville, NC). The Firebirds record now stands at 17-2.
With the defeat, St. John's drops to 10-1 on the year. The Cadets travel to T.C. Roberson (Asheville, NC) to clash with the Rams in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 27. The Rams go into the challenge with a record of 11-2. T.C. Roberson lost 6-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Doral Academy (Doral, FL)
