In Wednesday's non-league game, the host Mendota Trojans baseball team scored a nice 12-0 victory over the Indian Creek Timberwolves.
The Trojans (2-1) will now prepare for their game against Westmont (Westmont, IL). The Sentinels enter the non-league game with a 2-2 record. In their last game, Westmont defeated Rochelle Zell Jewish (Deerfield, IL), 19-2, in a league game.
Next, the Timberwolves face the Aurora Central Catholic Chargers (Aurora, IL) in a non-league game, on Thursday, March 27. Indian Creek will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Chargers enter the game with a 4-1 record after their 9-4 non-league win over Somonauk (Somonauk, IL).
