The St. Ann's Steamers baseball team scored 13 runs and held the visiting Martin Luther Cougars to 5 in the Steamers non-league win on Wednesday.
The Steamers now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Berkeley Carroll for a Independent Private Parochial test on Tuesday, April 1.
With the defeat, Martin Luther drops to 0-2 on the year. The Cougars travel to Stony Brook (Stony Brook, NY) to play the Bears in a non-league test on Saturday, April 12. The Bears go into the test with a record of 6-1.
