Fans at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Radford Bobcats (Radford, VA) and the visiting Giles Spartans (Pearisburg, VA), saw Radford's soccer squad triumph over Giles by a count of 7-0.

The Bobcats (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Pulaski County (Dublin, VA). The Cougars enter the non-league battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Pulaski County was overwhelmed by Carroll County (Hillsville, VA), 1-0, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Spartans battle the Galax Maroon Tide (Galax, VA) in a Mountain Empire battle, on Monday, March 31. Giles will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Maroon Tide enter the battle with a 0-4 record after their 8-0 non-league loss to Graham (Bluefield, VA).
