The Blake Bengals lacrosse squad scored 18 points and limited the host Northwood Gladiators to 6 in the Bengals non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Bengals now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Springbrook for a non-league outing on Friday, March 28.
With the loss, Northwood falls to 1-1 on the year. The Gladiators travel to Walter Johnson (Bethesda, MD) to face the Wildcats in a Montgomery County 3A/2A/1A outing on Saturday, March 29. The Wildcats go into the outing with a record of 0-0.
