In Wednesday's non-league test, the Frederick Douglass Broncos (Lexington, KY) lacrosse team the host Covington Catholic Colonels (Park Hills, KY), by a count of 9-5.

Next up, the Broncos battle the North Oldham Mustangs (Goshen, KY) in a non-league test, on Thursday, March 27. Frederick Douglass will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record. The Mustangs enter the test with a 2-4 record after their 7-3 league loss to Eastern (Louisville, KY).

The Colonels (2-5) will now prepare for their test against Dixie Heights (Edgewood, KY). The Colonels enter the non-league test with a 5-3 record.
