The Valley Central Vikings triumphed over the host Rondout Valley Ganders lacrosse team by a tally of 15-6 in Wednesday's non-league match.

Next up, the Vikings confront the O'Neill Raiders (Highland Falls, NY) in a non-league match, on Friday, March 28. Valley Central will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record.

The Ganders (0-1) will now prepare for their match against Newburgh Free Academy (Newburgh, NY). The Goldbacks enter the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Newburgh Free Academy was overwhelmed by Highland (Highland, NY), 13-3, in a non-league match.
