The Sultana Sultans softball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Beaumont Cougars to 0 in the Sultans non-league win on Wednesday.

The Sultans now possess a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Burroughs for a Mojave River battle on Tuesday, April 1. Sultana will confront a Burros team coming off a 20-0 non-league loss to Paraclete (Lancaster, CA). The Burros record now stands at 4-8.

With the loss, Beaumont moves to 4-4 on the season. The Cougars travel to Oak Hills (Hesperia, CA) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league battle on Thursday, March 27. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a record of 3-6. Oak Hills lost 14-4 in their recent non-league battle against Rancho Cucamonga (Rancho Cucamonga, CA)
