The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Central Lafourche Trojans (Raceland, LA) and the visiting Benjamin Franklin Falcons (New Orleans, LA), observed Central Lafourche's softball team prevail over Benjamin Franklin by a tally of 16-0.

The Trojans (14-6) will now prepare for their bout against Terrebonne (Houma, LA). The Tigers go into the 5A District 7 bout with a 4-12 record.

In their next game, the Falcons clash with the East Jefferson Warriors (Metairie, LA) in a 5A District 8 bout, on Thursday, March 27. Benjamin Franklin will attempt to advance on its 2-8 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 2-7 record after their 26-25 league loss to Bonnabel (Kenner, LA).
