The Valley View Eagles (Moreno Valley, CA) softball routed the host Bishop Amat Lancers (La Puente, CA), 8-3 in Wednesday's non-league outing.

The Eagles now sport a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Shadow Hills for a non-league outing on Monday, March 31.

With the loss, Bishop Amat moves to 11-10 on the season. The Lancers travel to Saint Joseph (Lakewood, CA) to encounter the Jesters in a Del Rey outing on Thursday, March 27. The Jesters come into the outing with a record of 7-5. Saint Joseph won 10-9 in their recent league outing against Paraclete (Lancaster, CA)
