The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Sabino Sabercats (Tucson, AZ) and the visiting Cholla Chargers (Tucson, AZ), observed Sabino's softball team prevail over Cholla by a tally of 17-2.

The Sabercats (8-9) will now prepare for their bout against Benjamin Franklin (Queen Creek, AZ). The Chargers go into the non-league bout with a 4-6 record. In their last bout, Benjamin Franklin knocked off San Tan Foothills (Queen Creek, AZ), 31-20, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Chargers clash with the Amphitheater Panthers (Tucson, AZ) in a 4A Gila bout, on Thursday, March 27. Cholla will attempt to advance on its 2-7 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 1-5 record after their 28-10 league loss to Cholla (Tucson, AZ).
