The Norfolk Academy Bulldogs softball team scored 29 runs and held the visiting Lake Taylor Titans to 3 in the Bulldogs non-league win on Wednesday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Green Run for a non-league battle on Friday, March 28. Norfolk Academy will confront a Stallions team coming off a 16-0 league loss to Kempsville (Virginia Beach, VA). The Stallions record now stands at 2-4.

With the loss, Lake Taylor moves to 0-3 on the season. The Titans travel to Norcom (Portsmouth, VA) to confront the Greyhounds in a Eastern battle on Friday, March 28. The Greyhounds come into the battle with a record of 1-1. Norcom lost 17-7 in their recent non-league battle against Indian River (Chesapeake, VA)
