The Unioto Shermans softball squad (Chillicothe, OH), 3-1 in Wednesday's non-league contest with the host South Webster Jeeps (South Webster, OH)

With the triumph, South Webster improves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Jeeps travel to Lynchburg-Clay (Lynchburg, OH) to face the Mustangs in a non-league contest on Saturday, March 29. The Mustangs enter the contest with a record of 4-0. Lynchburg-Clay won 5-0 in their recent league contest against Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington (Ripley, OH)

The Shermans now hold a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Jackson for a non-league contest on Friday, March 28. Unioto will face a Ironman/Ironladies squad coming off a 10-0 league win over Miami Trace (Washington Court House, OH). The Ironman/Ironladies record now stands at 5-0.
