Florida High School Baseball - Durant wallops Morgan

In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Durant Cougars baseball team scored a nice 17-3 victory over the Morgan Mustangs.

The Cougars (9-6) will now prepare for their game against Alonso (Tampa, FL). The Ravens come into the non-league match with a 10-8 record. In their last match, Alonso notched a victory over Plant City (Plant City, FL), 8-3, in a league match.

The Mustangs now possess a 3-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bell Creek Academy for a non-league match on Friday, March 27. Morgan will battle a Panthers squad coming off a 4-2 league win over Shorecrest Prep (St. Petersburg, FL). The Panthers record now stands at 10-3.
