In Monday's non-league game, the host Meadowbrook Monarchs baseball team scored a nice 18-1 victory over the Armstrong Wildcats.
The Monarchs (1-6) will now prepare for their game against Prince George (Prince George, VA). The Royals go into the Central game with a 1-4 record. In their last game, Prince George was overwhelmed by Midlothian (Midlothian, VA), 13-3, in a non-league game.
The Wildcats (0-2) will now prepare for their game against John Marshall (Richmond, VA). The Justices go into the non-league game with a 5-1 record. In their last game, John Marshall overcame Huguenot (Richmond, VA), 19-8, in a non-league game.
