In Monday's league battle, the visiting Smithfield Packers soccer squad scored a good 8-0 win over the Warhill Lions.
The Packers (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Bruton (Williamsburg, VA). The Panthers go into the battle with a 1-1 record. In their last bout, Bruton knocked off Windsor (Windsor, VA), 3-0, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Lions battle the Lafayette Rams (Williamsburg, VA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, March 29. Warhill will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record.
