Oceanside Collegiate Academy Landsharks (Mt. Pleasant, SC) fans were thrilled Monday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting James Island Trojans (Charleston, SC), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Landsharks confront the Academic Magnet Raptors (North Charleston, SC) in a AA Region 7 challenge, on Tuesday, March 28. Oceanside Collegiate Academy will attempt to better on its 7-3 season record. The Raptors enter the challenge with a 2-8 record after their 7-0 non-league loss to Pinewood Prep (Summerville, SC).

The Trojans now have a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hilton Head Island for a AAAA Region 7 challenge on Friday, March 31. James Island will confront a Seahawks team coming off a 1-0 league loss to May River (Bluffton, SC). The Seahawks record now stands at 2-6.
