Verdigris Cardinals (Claremore, OK) fans were thrilled Monday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the visiting Riverfield Country Day Ravens (Tulsa, OK), 4-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Cardinals confront the Sapulpa Chieftains (Sapulpa, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, March 28. Verdigris will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Chieftains enter the challenge with a 6-2 record after their 4-0 non-league win over Cascia Hall (Tulsa, OK).

The Ravens now have a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Mannford for a 4A District 5 challenge on Thursday, March 30.
