Bishop Fenwick Falcons (Franklin, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Northwest Knights (Cincinnati, OH), 13-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Falcons now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Middletown for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 28. Bishop Fenwick will battle a Middies squad coming off a 12-2 league loss to Hamilton (Hamilton, OH). The Middies record now stands at 0-1.

With the loss, Northwest falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Knights host Winton Woods (Cincinnati, OH) to battle the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 1. The Warriors enter the challenge with a record of 0-4. Winton Woods lost 14-1 in their recent league challenge against Kings (Kings Mill, OH)
