The Breese Central Cougars softball team (Breese, IL), was tipped 8-7 in Monday's non-league test with the visiting Triad Knights (Troy, IL)
Coming up next, the Knights encounter the Gillespie Miners (Gillespie, IL) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, March 29. Triad will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Miners come into the test with a 2-1 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Edwardsville (Edwardsville, IL).
The Cougars (1-3) will now prepare for their test against Salem (Salem, IL). The Wildcats come into the Cahokia - Mississippi test with a 4-0 record. In their last test, Salem edged Effingham (Effingham, IL), 12-3, in a non-league test.
