In Wednesday's non-league game, the host Branson Pirates baseball team scored a tight 7-0 victory over the Hersey Huskies.
The Pirates (2-3) will now prepare for their game against Skiatook (Skiatook, OK). The Bulldogs go into the non-league game with a 7-8 record. In their last game, Skiatook tipped Tecumseh (Tecumseh, OK), 5-4, in a league game.
The Huskies (3-3) will now prepare for their game against Neosho (Neosho, MO). The Wildcats go into the non-league game with a 2-3 record. In their last game, Neosho was overwhelmed by Lakes (Lake Villa, IL), 14-4, in a non-league game.
