In Wednesday's non-league game, the host New Franklin Bulldogs baseball team scored a tight 8-2 victory over the Bunceton Dragons.
The Bulldogs (4-2) will now prepare for their game against Glasgow (Glasgow, MO). The Yellowjackets go into the non-league game with a 0-2 record.
The Dragons (3-1) will now prepare for their game against Higbee (Higbee, MO). The Tigers go into the non-league game with a 5-1 record. In their last game, Higbee was overwhelmed by Braymer (Braymer, MO), 4-3, in a league game.
