In Wednesday's non-league game, the host Mead Mavericks baseball team scored a nice 11-2 victory over the Skyline Falcons.

The Mavericks (3-3) will now prepare for their game against Longmont (Longmont, CO). The Trojans go into the 4A/5A NCAC game with a 2-3 record. In their last game, Longmont was overwhelmed by Mead (Longmont, CO), 3-2, in a league game.

The Falcons (1-4) will now prepare for their game against Fort Morgan (Fort Morgan, CO). The Mustangs go into the 4A Longs Peak game with a 4-2 record.
