Pennsylvania High School Softball - Purchase Line bounces United

March 27, 2024: Armagh, PA 15920

The Purchase Line Red Dragons (Commodore, PA) softball routed the host United Lions (Armagh, PA), 11-6 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Red Dragons (1-3) will now prepare for their bout against Penns Manor (Clymer, PA). The Comets go into the Heritage bout with a 0-2 record. In their last bout, Penns Manor was routed by Cambria Heights (Patton, PA), 9-2, in a league bout.

The Lions now possess a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to Rockwood for a non-league bout on Thursday, March 28. United will confront a Rockets squad coming off a 15-3 league loss to Tussey Mountain (Saxton, PA). The Rockets record now stands at 1-3.
