Kentucky High School Baseball - McLean County loses to Apollo

Apollo Eagles (Owensboro, KY) followers left the game pleased Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting McLean County Cougars (Calhoun, KY), 15-0 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Apollo moves its record to 4-1 on the season. The Eagles travel to O'Fallon (O'Fallon, IL) to confront the Panthers in a non-league contest on Saturday, March 29. The Panthers come into the contest with a record of 4-1. O'Fallon won 10-4 in their recent non-league contest against Highland (Highland, IL)

The Cougars now possess a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Todd County Central for a non-league contest on Friday, March 28. McLean County will confront a Rebels squad coming off a 7-5 non-league loss to Northeast (Clarksville, TN). The Rebels record now stands at 3-2.
