The Dover-Eyota Eagles baseball team scored 5 runs and held the host Cannon Falls Bombers to 0 in the Eagles non-league win on Thursday.
The Eagles now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chatfield for a Three Rivers test on Tuesday, April 1.
With the defeat, Cannon Falls drops to 0-1 on the year. The Bombers host Kasson-Mantorville (Kasson, MN) to clash with the Komets in a Hiawatha Valley game on Tuesday, April 1. The Komets go into the game with a record of 0-0.
