The Hicks Pirates (Leesville, LA) baseball the host Fairview Panthers (Grant, LA), 6-1 in Thursday's league challenge.
The Pirates now own a 12-4 record. They take the field next when they host Anacoco for a B District 4 challenge on Tuesday, April 1.
With the defeat, Fairview drops to 8-5 on the year. The Panthers host Midland (Midland, LA) to clash with the Rebels in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 29. The Rebels go into the challenge with a record of 5-9. Midland lost 15-0 in their recent league challenge against Notre Dame (Crowley, LA)
