The Glenbard South Raiders baseball squad (Glen Ellyn, IL), was edged 6-5 in Thursday's non-league contest with the visiting Plainfield Central Wildcats (Plainfield, IL)
With the triumph, Plainfield Central moves its record to 5-0 on the season. The Wildcats host Rich Township (Olympia Fields, IL) to confront the Raptors in a non-league contest on Saturday, March 29. The Raptors come into the contest with a record of 0-3. Rich Township lost 2-1 in their recent non-league contest against Bremen (Midlothian, IL)
The Raiders now possess a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Leyden for a non-league contest on Tuesday, April 1. Glenbard South will confront a Eagles squad coming off a 20-5 non-league win over Fenton (Bensenville, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 3-2.
