In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Hanover Hawks baseball team scored a close 5-2 win over the Norwell Clippers.

The Hawks (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Whitman-Hanson Regional (Whitman, MA). The Panthers go into the non-league game with a 0-0 record.
