Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Hollidaysburg loses to Philipsburg-Osceola

Philipsburg-Osceola Mountaineers (Philipsburg, PA) fans left the game pleased Thursday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Hollidaysburg Golden Tigers (Hollidaysburg, PA), 13-5 in a league match.

With the triumph, Philipsburg-Osceola advances its record to 4-0 on the season. The Mountaineers host Central Cambria (Ebensburg, PA) to battle the Red Devils in a non-league match on Friday, March 28. The Red Devils come into the match with a record of 2-0. Central Cambria won 12-1 in their recent non-league match against Blacklick Valley (Nanty Glo, PA)

The Golden Tigers now have a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bedford for a non-league match on Monday, March 31. Hollidaysburg will battle a Bisons squad coming off a 5-2 non-league win over Everett (Everett, PA). The Bisons record now stands at 3-2.
