In Thursday's non-league game, the host Melbourne Central Catholic Hustlers baseball team scored a nice 22-1 win over the Port St. Lucie Jaguars.
The Hustlers (9-7) will now prepare for their game against Palm Bay (Melbourne, FL). The Pirates go into the non-league game with a 9-6 record. In their last game, Palm Bay was overwhelmed by Eau Gallie (Melbourne, FL), 14-1, in a league game.
Next, the Jaguars play the Lincoln Park Academy Greyhounds (Fort Pierce, FL) in a non-league game, on Friday, March 28. Port St. Lucie will attempt to improve on its 1-11 season record. The Greyhounds go into the game with a 2-10 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Westwood (Fort Pierce, FL).
