The Mount Pleasant Green Knights baseball squad (Wilmington, DE), was overwhelmed 12-0 in Thursday's non-league contest with the visiting Sanford Warriors (Hockessin, DE)

With the triumph, Sanford moves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Warriors travel to Odessa (Townsend, DE) to confront the Ducks in a non-league contest on Saturday, March 29. The Ducks come into the contest with a record of 1-1. Odessa lost 7-0 in their recent non-league contest against Caravel (Bear, DE)

The Green Knights now possess a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host MOT Charter for a non-league contest on Saturday, March 29. Mount Pleasant will confront a Mustangs squad coming off a 5-0 league loss to Archmere Academy (Claymont, DE). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-1.
