In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Paul VI Panthers volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Spencerville Adventist Academy Hornets.
The Panthers (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Covenant Life (Gaithersburg, MD). The Cougars come into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Covenant Life beat Maryland School for the Deaf (Frederick, MD), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Hornets meet the Smith Jewish Day School Lions (Rockville, MD) in a challenge, on Tuesday, April 1. Spencerville Adventist Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
