In Thursday's non-league outing, the visiting George C. Marshall Statesmen soccer squad scored a tight 2-0 win over the Edison Eagles.
The Statesmen (2-2) will now prepare for their outing against Chantilly (Chantilly, VA). The Chargers enter the non-league outing with a 2-1 record. In their last outing, Chantilly by Woodson (Fairfax, VA), 4-2, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Eagles confront the Justice Wolves (Falls Church, VA) in a National outing, on Friday, April 4. Edison will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record.
