The Lincoln High Links baseball squad (Lincoln, NE), was overwhelmed 9-0 in Thursday's non-league contest with the host Lincoln East Spartans (Lincoln, NE)

With the triumph, Lincoln East moves its record to 3-0 on the season. The Spartans travel to Grand Island (Grand Island, NE) to confront the Islanders in a non-league contest on Monday, March 31. The Islanders come into the contest with a record of 5-1. Grand Island won 17-16 in their recent non-league contest against Lincoln Southwest (Lincoln, NE)

The Links now possess a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lincoln Christian for a non-league contest on Saturday, March 29. Lincoln High will confront a Crusaders squad coming off a 9-6 non-league win over Fairbury (Fairbury, NE). The Crusaders record now stands at 1-0.
