The Mountain Ridge Sentinels (Herriman, UT) baseball trounced the host Orem Tigers (Orem, UT), 16-7 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

The Sentinels now own a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they host Corner Canyon for a challenge on Saturday, March 29. Mountain Ridge will clash with a Chargers team coming off a 10-10 non-league Weber (Pleasant View, UT). The Chargers record now stands at 5-2.

With the defeat, Orem drops to 1-5 on the year. The Tigers travel to Herriman (West Herriman, UT) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 31. The Mustangs go into the challenge with a record of 1-4. Herriman lost 6-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Union (Roosevelt, UT)
