The Ferris Saxons overwhelmed the visiting University Titans softball squad by a count of 10-5 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Saxons meet the Mead Panthers (Spokane, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, March 28. Ferris will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Panthers go into the challenge with a 7-0 record after their 8-4 non-league win over Mt. Spokane (Mead, WA).
The Titans (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Lewis & Clark (Spokane, WA). The Tigers go into the non-league challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Lewis & Clark was routed by Central Valley (Spokane Valley, WA), 23-13, in a non-league challenge.
