Utah High School Lacrosse - West Field drops to Brighton

March 27, 2025: Salt Lake City, UT 84121

The West Field Longhorns lacrosse team (Taylor, UT), was overwhelmed 21-16 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Brighton Bengals (Salt Lake City, UT)

With the victory, Brighton advances its record to 4-2 on the season. The Bengals travel to Park City (Park City, UT) to encounter the Miners in a 5A Region 6 battle on Wednesday, April 2. The Miners come into the battle with a record of 2-4. Park City lost 18-6 in their recent non-league battle against Cherry Creek (Greenwood Village, CO)

The Longhorns now sport a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Logan for a 4A Region 11 battle on Friday, March 28. West Field will encounter a Grizzlies team coming off a 9-4 league loss to Ridgeline (Millville, UT). The Grizzlies record now stands at 2-6.
