The Riverside-Brookfield Bulldogs softball team scored 20 runs and held the visiting Aurora East Tomcats to 0 in the Bulldogs league win on Thursday.

The Bulldogs now possess a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Evergreen Park for a non-league battle on Monday, March 31. Riverside-Brookfield will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 13-7 non-league loss to Mother McAuley (Chicago, IL). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-2.

With the loss, Aurora East moves to 0-2 on the season. The Tomcats host South Elgin (South Elgin, IL) to confront the Storm in a Upstate Eight battle on Tuesday, April 8. The Storm come into the battle with a record of 4-2.
