Indiana High School Softball - Fairfield bounces Bremen

In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Fairfield Falcons softball team scored a nice 14-4 win over the Bremen Lions.
The Falcons (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Northridge (Middlebury, IN). The Raiders come into the non-league match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, Northridge was routed by South Bend Riley (South Bend, IN), 17-5, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Lions battle the Rochester Zebras (Rochester, IN) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, April 9. Bremen will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record.

The Bremen Lady Lions playing their third straight game of the week on Thursday & the defense that was strong in the first two games, struggled in the 14-4 loss to the Falcons.
Delainey Neher led the offense with a single, two doubles, and a Home Run. Eliana Grubbs stayed hot hitting from the lead-off spot collecting 3 hits including a double. Chrissy Grabowski, Isabelle Calentine, Kenzie Scott, all had singles & Aubri O’Keefe doubled for the Lions.
